At Proper Vintage, we curate unique pre-loved pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your rare finds. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible vintage apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original condition with all Proper Vintage tags still attached to ensure the garment remains protected.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 48 hours.
